Editorial policy

Sources. Attribution.
Limits stated openly.

The library is intended to help readers locate the scientific question and the supporting material. It is not a substitute for the complete record or a qualified case-specific assessment.

How the research collection is used

Materials supplied for this project are screened before use. Published scientific literature can support original summaries and practical reading guides. Private case records, identifiable litigation materials, correspondence, tax documents, and financial records are excluded from publication without separate, specific authorization.

The collection is being reviewed in batches. The presence of a paper in the collection does not mean it has been read, approved for publication, or adopted as an opinion. This site does not claim that all supplied literature has been reviewed.

Original synthesis, not republication

Research briefs paraphrase the material and link to the original author or publisher where available. A citation does not imply that Okorie Okorocha wrote the cited study. Full copyrighted papers, figures, and tables are not uploaded merely because a working copy was supplied.

AI assistance and expert review

Research briefs on this site are prepared with AI assistance unless expressly stated otherwise. An article-specific disclosure identifies the source basis and any review status. Source checking by the publishing assistant is not personal review by Okorie Okorocha. No such personal review or adoption is implied without an express, accurate statement.

Professional biography and contact information are separate from article authorship. Displaying the professional profile beside a library does not convert every article into a signed expert opinion.

Four sites, distinct purposes

  • AttorneyScientists.com: professional orientation, question-led reading paths, and literature-based research briefs.
  • OkorieOkorocha.com: practice, engagement information, and case-preparation resources.
  • ForensicToxicology.com: scientific foundations and focused educational material.
  • ForensicToxicology.net: topic-organized technical evidence guides.

These sites are connected, not independent authorities endorsing one another. Linked pages retain their own authorship, student or editorial disclosures, and review limitations. A reading link is not a certification of every statement on the destination page.

Scientific and legal boundaries

Historic research is identified by date. A study finding is not treated as governing law, a clinical recommendation, or a universal rule. A measured value is kept separate from an inference about an earlier time, dose, effect, or cause. Jurisdiction-specific legal questions require current controlling sources and professional review.

Corrections and contact

To identify a possible error, send the page address, the specific statement, and the supporting source to OO@OOESQ.COM. Do not include private client information in an initial message. Substantive corrections should identify the changed proposition and source basis.

No legal advice, medical advice, expert-client relationship, attorney-client relationship, or result is promised by this site. Engagement requires a conflict check and written agreement.
